Vampires...yeah. Wonderful, aren't they? So blood-thirsty, so insane, and so tacky with their getup...well, it's not always Victorian-standard repression and self-driven identity crises. Blood: The Last Vampire is proof of that, because it's not much of anything (except another generic, though mildly entertaining, action movie).

Honestly, I don't have a lot to say for this one, since I thought this movie was decent (granted, it clocked in at 50 minutes). The action was exciting and there was some atmosphere, but the character development was non-existent, and the story was quite flaccid. So, in a way, it evens out! :P

Edit: Once again, in my live clips, not only is my A/C on, but I somehow neglected to get my script in the damn shots! I suck, I know! Well, I'm human, and I can crop the shots...next time SHALL BE DIFFERENT! Promise.

Edit 2: I just saw the review again, and forgot to put OST next to Curse of Darkness in the Pros/Cons section (the end of the review). Fuckballs! :(

Ya know, I think I may give this a watch. I like its style even though the dialogue isn't perfect. Looks entertaining. And it'll keep my mind of those sparkly vampires :D

Good review Lava Buster

It looks decent enough. I confess that I am not a big fan of the vampire culture. (I recently read Stoker's novel and really struggled to get through it.) However, I have seen a few incarnations that have held my interest like the 1931 film and some of the Hammer stuff. Good work

Hey dude, thanks a lot for commenting! I prefer Carmilla, which came out 25 years earlier than Dracula (and was the basis for said novel to begin with); like you, I'm not the biggest fan of vampires, and like you...I've seen some decent vampire-related installments (like Vampire Hunter D, the 1985 movie, and Bloodlust (as examples)). I appreciate the praise and support! :)
