Well it is a step up from trying to pass off ginger root as alien pods. But the hunter design was really really bad. Well done sir.

The whole "This is not Earth" twist is something nobody really uses to great effect.

Way I see it, Aliens and Predator need a break from one another. They've been joined at the hip so much that people often forget that they were once two different movie franchises.

AVPVT?......they do have Robocop VS Terminator......and Batman Vs Predator(Dark Horse/DC crossover).....but I've never heard of Aliens Vs Predator Vs Terminator......

Hi Decker Shado. Ah...Asylum tries, but fails to touch the greatness of Roger Corman. This one looks Horrible, and I'm with you in despising AVP: Requiem. Dark Horse Comics did a really good Aliens vs Predators story.....THAT WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED......WHY? It would've worked really well if they'd used it.. Anyway, great review, my friend. Peace.

I think it is the sillier aspects of this movie (intentional or not) that appealed to me. If you're going to make something dreadfully low quality, at least make it with plenty of cheese.

Heh, Alien vs. Hunter is one of those movies I still have originally sealed on my shelf... for about a year. Asylum movies never cease to amaze me. I always wanna find out what they came up with but at the same time I'm too scared to actually watch them and find excuses to do something else entirely.
