Manic Expression

As for the facebook page, why don't we use it as a place to explain what the blog/video series are about? I mean everyone here knows what In Too Deep or Stop the Hate is, but those outside of it probably aren't gonna click on my link because my name is attached (which is the reason why I have such proactive titles). If we use the Facebook page as a way of explaining the series, we can get our friends to learn about them from that.

Also, could anyone who is on TVTropes update our TVTropes page, because apart from the opening section, the rest of it is completely wrong and weird.

Ratin8or, that is a wonderful Idea... I think we can work with that on the Facebook page for sure! it may take a bit but I"m sure we can get something going with it   Let me look into it and see what we can come up with.

so As you know the Facebook page will be new to us, so we will try to get this done as much as we can.  It will take some time but we are off to a GREAT start.. so tell your friends to add the fan page and we will do what we can to keep this up as well to pimp this site out

So here's a rough idea of what I think we should have on our Facebook site. It's far from perfect, but it'd be cool to have our blog history/intro/whatnot there. I'll probably write a better version later, but here's roughly what I think we should be putting on it.

Ever wondered who'd win in a warbetween wizards/muggles?

Ever wondered whether the Toy Storytrilogy is an allegory for the afterlife?

Ever wondered which Disney characterswould join what lantern corps, or go to which Hogwarts houses, or dowith a Death Note?

Ever wondered why the Simpsons kidswon't grow up?

If any of these questions interest you,then In Too Deep is the blog series for you. I take a strange andunique take on the world of pop culture, coming up with ideas thatyou'd probably never think up in a million years.

But first, a quick history lesson. Itall started way way back in June when I had to write an essay for oneof my English classes at my first semester at university. For noother reason then 'I felt like it' I decided to write an essay on whythe Daleks are scary. After I got it back from the teacher (with anA- if my memory serves me correctly) I decided to post it on TGWTGunder the title 'Pop Culture Corner', where I planned to talk aboutall the things that interested me in pop culture.http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/blogs/latest/entry/pop-culture-corner-why-the-daleks-are-scaryIt was going to be the hit new series that I was going to launch myblogging career on and me one of the most popular bloggers on thesite.

About a month later I finallyremembered that I had plans to write up a blog and, on a completewhim, decided to write my first 'official' blog defending One MoreDay.http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/blogs/latest/entry/in-too-deep-is-one-more-day-really-that-badI called it In Too Deep because it made for a catchy motto and Iposted it online. I was immediately commented on proving how One MoreDay is, in fact, really that bad (which I totally agreed with, butit's always fun to defend the bad stuff).

I originally planned it as a weeklyseries, but boredom quickly took over as I started to publishwhenever I'd finished writing the blog (proof-reading be damned, Ihad to get it out on 'time'). But it wasn't till my 'Disney and DeathNote' blog that I really found my voice.http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/blogs/latest/entry/in-too-deep-disneys-death-noteIt was from that point on I started to find that all my blogs werebeing commented on. Slowly but surely I built up a following that hassomehow grown into the size it is today.

In February 2012, with the founding ofManic Expression, I decided to post there instead of TGWTG solelybecause I'm too lazy to post on two sites at the same time. In a fitof poetic justice the first blog I posted was, again, 'Disney andDeath Note'. Over 150 blogs later I'm still goingstrong, with all sort of crackpot ideas waiting to be explored. I'vecalled the Muppet the most evil thing in existence, defendedeverything from Batman & Robin to Transformers 2, come up withabsurd back stories that reveal new secrets about your favouriteshows. And that's just a taster.

I was thinking, and BOY did it hurt... but, what happens if I'm able to put a link in Facebook to the blog posts here where you guys decribe what your channels are?  Would that work?

Due to my upcoming school term and Painkiller's illness, we need someone to take care of Manic Expression Twitter and Facebook. They linked together, so you can update only the Facebook.

If you are interested, all you have to do is give Twitter and Facebook the links of the blogs and vlogs of the people in Manic Expression who has blog channel logos in the front page. Also, we have to share the important annoucement (Site issues in James's vlogs, Manic Expression Podcast Play news from Patricia's Twitter) on the social network sites.
