And the winners, of Outstanding Video of the Week, is...
Yes that's right, winners. Not only do we have a tie for third place, we have a tie for first place as well.
His inventions are sinister. His laughter is maniacal. His wardrobe is stlyish. I'm being lazy by ripping off what he wrote cos damn it if it wouldn't be funnier then anything I'd attempt to write. He's one of the new members at Manic Expression and you shall learn to bow down to the name of Doctor Holocaust. So while you're getting down on your knees make sure to check out his first episode of the war front: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/videos/videos/show/17204978-not-so-humble-beginnings-the-war-front-ep-01
Meanwhile our other winner isn't a new member, but it is his first time nominating himself for such an event. And what a nomination it was. While Halloween isn't a big thing in New Zealand, we do have moral guardians that want to ruin everyone's fun. So what better joy is there then watching a master writer riff on Halloween Safety, or How To Suck The Joy Out Of Childhood. So join MisterX as he sits in the Back Row and riffs on this public message: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/videos/videos/show/17214943-backrow-riff-halloween-safety

So congratulations to Doctor Holocaust and Mister X. Now onto the blogs.
Outstanding Blog of the Week Runner-Ups

In Sixth Place: richb examines his top 11 favourite sitcom theme song lyrics: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/blog/show/19361295-top-11-favorite-sitcom-theme-songs-lyrics-

In Fourth Place: Gurning Chimp and James Bevan team up to take a look at Bond, James Bond. Junior, that is. James Bond Jr. Apparently that existed: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/blog/entries/show/19349965-james-bond-jr-crossover-with-james-bevan-
In Third Place: New member cactusbutt examines whether women need to exhibit their mammary glands to be famous: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/blog/show/19427968-do-women-have-to-be-sexualized-in-order-to-be-successful-in-pop-culture-
In Second Place: New member Find_a_city showcases what music to listen to when the world goes ka-put on December 21st 2012: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/blog/entries/show/19367446-music-for-the-end-of-the-world
And the winner, of Outstanding Blog of the Week, is...
Now before we start I feel that I need to preface this with how the voting works. We (as in six other members besides me) collect up all the nominations and choose our favourite seven from them. We then rank those seven from best to worst, giving 7 points to the best and 1 point to the seventh best. Now why am I explaining this?
It's so when I say that New Zealand has not only taken out bronze and silver, but that New Zealand has taken out gold by writing a blog about New Zealand, you will know that I am not exploiting this system. Truly in a once in a lifetime coincidence the winning blog from a New Zealander... is a look at the Wild Thornberrys episode “Hot Air”, aka the one where they get everything about New Zealand so infuriatingly wrong (A POSSUM! YOU MAKE THE ANIMAL A POSSUM!) Anyway this isn't just a win for me, but New Zealand in general. Cos I highly, highly doubt it'll ever happen again. http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/blog/show/19408867-a-kiwi-reviews-the-wild-thornberrys-episode-hot-air-

So there you have it. New nominees, new members, new winners and most of all, New Zealand (and if you'd taken a shot every time I'd said the word new, you'd be dead from alcohol poisoning by now). As always congratulations to the winners, and you too can be in the running by following the instructions at this here link: http://manicexpression.webs.com/apps/forums/topics/show/8201463-20th-26th-october-nominate-your-work-for-outstanding-content-of-the-week-?page=last
Until then Expressionists: Express Yourself.

Why do I suspect that the New Zealand judges were biased in their decisions?
