They reposted a blog done quite a while ago about how Pixar and other movie companies are doing in the industry(at the time of the original writing period), and fantastically break it down. 

So, first to Fluffyman, who takes his time to expose the hatred of various things for what it is, and does it brilliantly.

And to James, who helped in starting this all for us, also takes his time to bring hatred to it's knee's in the most brilliant fashion possible. and so, I present to you both, an award to be shared.

Who posted 2 breathtaking pieces of original music for the Manic Expression Podcast plays(which turned out swimmingly if I do say so myself). He always says with 23 years of hard work at something, you can be great at it, and it shows here.

So to you Les, you, who deserves a toast so much, you, are the heart and soul of ths community, it just wouldn't be the same around here without you.

     (P.S. Isn't it king of funny that the first time Les wins one of these it's for his videos)
