There are a lot of films that I decided to see simply because the cover of the DVD/VHS box looked interesting.

Such is the case with this film. My eye was immediately drawn to the one guy back row center. For the longest time I thought this was Jim Carrey... but obvious factors like the year the film came out told me this wasn't him....

Remember when radio programming had a variety of things to offer above music and newstalk? No? Me neither, but according to Wikipedia and old people this was a thing. There were game shows, comedies, and drama, then "pictures came and broke your heart". 

However, just how the year 2015 in Back to the Future II was the future of (and not the future from) the 1980s England seems to be the future of the golden age of radio.

I have been on a horror movie kick with my Netflix instant queue. (lag-over from halloween I guess)

Anyway I have been at times in the past writing mini reviews for some of the films I have watched on Netflix. I've also been posting them on amazon.com as well. So I figure you guys might want to know how I feel about these movies. (So I might do more)

OK, this might be a new thing I'm going to do... We'll see.

I'm doing this as a blog vs doing a vid because I can articulate myself better with written word (minus the bad-awful sentence structure and punctuation) than I can with my verbal meandering.

I'm sure you have had this happen: You like or fallow a company on FB or Twitter and you ask them questions... Then six months go by and you still never got a response...

It seems to me that the only reason they have these Facebook pages and Twitted accounts is for the sole purpose of promoting themselves. You would think it would be so they can interact with the fans and people who use their products... no they just want to promote themselves.

As you may know the world (or at least the U.S.) makes a big deal if you make fun of people's ethnicity, which I completely agree with.

However, I feel some people take guarding against offense a little too far especially in the realm of television, specifically old cartoons.

I wrote this little article quite a while ago and I know that finding any of these cartoons airing on any station now days is a near impossible feat.
