Hey everybody, good news! The Republicans and the Democrats have found common ground! Isn’t that amazing? They agree on something! Oh happy day, perhaps our democracy shall endure after all.
So lets hear it, what’s got blue and red making such a lovely shade of purple these days?
Well, Rand Paul is a nutjob and the President should have the right to use a drone to kill anyone, at any...

Greetings Manic Fans. Les here to contemplate a frightening development in the Gun Laws debate. I came across this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXU1FKz0M-E In it, the anchors discuss the potential of developing technology to print in 3D to produce illegal weapons circumnavigating background checks and 14 day waiting periods used in traditional firearm purchases.
So.....printable guns. ...

Ok, I can see the cerberus syndrome setting in. First episode was about avant-garde music involving rape and killer fashionistas. Second was about a metrosexual wrestler covered right down to the asscrack in gold paint. And the third one (this one)? Cartoons and homosexuallity, folks. It's an interesting issue. That ...

Neil Heslin is the father of 6-year-old Jesse, one of the children killed in the Sandy Hook massacre. Recently he spoke at a hearing before the Gun Violence Prevention Working Group at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford, Connecticut. He clutched a large photo of himself and his son and proceeded to struggle through telling everyone there and everyone watching at home about Jesse. He told us about how Jesse wanted to be a little cowboy, about how he was a bright and wonderful child, a...

Benjamin Franklin: ... How about the post office? Did it become the model of efficiency I envisioned?
Dilbert: Well to be honest, a stamp costs more than you paid for your first horse. You can stand in line for an hour, then find out you're in the wrong line. The expression "going postal" refers to someone losing their mind, going crazy, and opening fire on large groups of innocent people.
(Franklin has a heart attack and dies of shock)

This is my first blog entry, what I say isn't there to teach any lesson about the way you must write a story or anything like that, it's just what I'm thinking about the way I wrote and appreciate stories...
Sorry for my English... **French Girl Alert!!**
I'm currently working on a novel among other stuff and I'm about to end it. It a fantasy story without any travel or real quest, we follow a community that goes through big trou...

Author's Note: HAPPY 1ST ANNIVERSARY MANIC EXPRESSION!
And to celebrate, I have decided to post the very first blog that I have ever written under the CALLING OUT HATERS label. Now to warn you this was relatively crude compared to my later rants but it does sort of set the tone to what my blog series has always been about.

You know what Minnesotans hate even more than anyone who challenges their precious Vikings? ...Snow. Minnesotans hate snow.
I’m not from around these parts originally. I’m a Southern California boy. When the locals here heard that they all had the same response: “How could you move away from paradise? Sand, surf, sunshine every day! Are you mad?” They forgot about smog, wild fires, and enough UV rays to melt y...

Just about two weeks ago, it was announced that Australia will be finally getting its first video game with an actual "adult" rating. This has been a faux-controversial imbroglio for years and now that the R18+ rating is applicable to video games I got this one thing to say: It took bloody long enough!

I am done.
I am fed up.
I am on the edge of snapping.
School. You know, that big, soulless building where you are all forced to wear the same uniform, forced to learn things that you:
A) will mostly forget about by the time you graduate.
B) will end up wasting valuable time with.
and
C) don't even need in your desired field.
I want to be an animator. I want to create brilliant, lively cartoons! I want to bring life to two-dimension...

This week has been a bad week for me.
With Israel bombing Palestine the country has once again digressed into a massive clusterfuck, with people supporting either the Israeli or Palestinian side of the argument, Hell the Palestinian side of the argument invaded and occupied Piccadilly Gardens tonight, holding up the trams (way to make people sympathise with your cause guys!)
As I'm sure most of you know, I support no side in the Israel/Palestine conflict, p...

Alright, so Obama's gotten a second term.

I'm happy. My family's happy. And a good portion of America is having a hissy fit. So, here's the message I have for the Republicans:
CAN WE ALL CALM THE HELL DOWN AND STOP IT WITH THE WHOLE "OBAMA'S THE WORST EVAR!!!!" ATTITUDE?
Seriou...

This election season has driven me nuts, not only for the insane amount of vitriol coming from both sides, but also because (in my opinion), neither of the two frontrunners is a good choice to run the country. Let's start off with the incumbent, president Barack Obama. I will not deny the man his successes: repealing Don't Ask, Don't Tell, getting Osama bin Laden, starting t...

When I had made my announcement on the co-op blog I planned on doing for the Presidential debate, I expected there to be a huge outpour of people who had a lot to get off their chests on the presidential debate. Now though, I've only gotten a couple of responses and I'm not exactly feeling any complusion to write out a blog myself when pretty much I feel...
